Deskripsi: Cooperatives are objects and topics of interest to be researched and discussed. This is due to several strong reasons, namely (1) ideological reasons; (2) religious reasons (3) political reasons, (4) development reasons. The existence of problems in cooperatives related to strengthening working capital and their impact on the health of the fostered cooperatives are the reasons for this research. The data analysis technique used is the different test (Wilcoxon Test) which is intended to evaluate the health of the Cooperative Partners Fostered by the Pamekasan Regency Cooperative Office before and after receiving the Working Capital Strengthening Credit Program (Revolving Fund). The results of the analysis show that the Health of the Cooperative Partners Fostered by the Pamekasan Regency Cooperative Office has experienced a very small increase in conditions before and after receiving the Working Capital Strengthening Credit Program
